Terms and Conditions - Online sales
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you undertake any online transactions with us.
Acceptance of Order:
After you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us to acknowledge that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted, which will take place when we email you confirming the item(s) have been posted.
Reasons for not accepting your order would include the item being out of stock, an error noticed in description or price, or not being able to meet a delivery deadline specified by you. In these circumstances we will inform you by email, and will not charge you for the item ,with any monies you may have paid for the item(s),including postage costs you may have been charged, being returned to you in full and asap.
Rarely, an item may not be available for dispatch until certain workshop interventions take place, such as a final polish or battery change. We will tell you if this applies to your order.
We have tried to be as accurate as possible with measurements, dimensions, sizes and weights, but all such descriptions are approximate only. Some items may vary slightly from their photographs, and the images, including colours, are for illustrative purposes only.
The delivery address you give must match the credit or debit card used to pay for a product. For fraud prevention purposes we may on rare occasions ask you to provide identification documents. You will be responsible for the item from the time it is delivered to the address you have given us.
Items will be sent within 3 working days where practicable, via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Your signature will be required on receipt of the goods. We post to the UK only. If you are outside of the UK please contact us first before attempting to order an item, and we may be able to accommodate you on a one-off basis.
Online returns Policy
To return or exchange an item from our website it must be in its original unworn condition with tags still attached and not tampered with. Please send back to us with the original dispatch note and packaging within 14 days. You will be required to cover the cost of postage which must be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery .Please Email us to inform us of your intention to return an item, and we will confirm with you the return address. Alternatively, you can personally take it back to our shop, but no refunds can be given here.
Any amount due will be refunded back using the original payment method and details. Please allow up to 7 working days for this process to complete.
This policy excludes personalised and bespoke items.
This contract is between you and us only, and no one else has any rights to enforce any of its terms.
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
