Hand cream, gel, soap, and any other products that come into contact with your jewellery can leave layers on the back of stones. This disrupts the light entering and leaving the stones, taking away their sparkle and making them look lifeless.

Our cleaning process is thorough, and will ensure your rings are returned to you looking as good as new. Stones are cleaned in our ultrasonics, which gently removes dirt build up behind settings. We polish metal to look like new, and rhodium plate any white gold to leave it with a brilliant finish.
